Architectural Design - From answering the question “What do I need?” to inspecting for warranty items one year after construction is complete, Heeks Collaborative is a full service architectural design firm. We can take your project from concept through design, permitting, construction and post-occupancy evaluation phases.

Feasibility Studies - We can help you determine whether or not a project is feasible by helping you articulate a project’s context, program, site specific constraints, identify scopes of work and estimate capital and operating budgets.

Sustainability and Preservation Consultation - The first value of sustainable design is to make the most of what a building, home or site has to offer. We do project evaluations to make sure you are getting the most out of existing assets and building new elements that are durable and sustainable.

Project Management - We can act as the owner’s agent for the purpose of managing all project related work - including risk management, site due diligence, budget and schedule management, hiring the project development team (including an architect), and managing all aspects of a project through closeout.
